Registration Instructions
To ensure your spot, please mail your registration before May 31, 2010 to:

Download and and complete the registration form
Total cost for the event is $250.00 + camping. This is collected via pledges from your
sponsors (family, friends, coworkers etc).
$50.00 pre-registration fee per trail-ride registrant. This is included as part of the
$250.00 minimum event fee. (You only need to collect a minimum of $200.00 more to
bring to the event to complete your registration!)
Send personal check or money order (no cash please) payable to HTR 4X4 Club with your
registration to the above address.
$250.00 is the minimum event fee (pre-registration & pledge money). You are certainly
welcome to raise more. The more you raise, the more tickets you will receive for the
raffle on Saturday evening.
One registration includes Trail ride vehicle, driver and one passenger. All extra
passengers over 16 are an additional $20.00.
Camping is offered for a $30.00 extra fee. Please include this with your pre-registration
as this is not included in your total event cost. If you choose not to camp with us, other
accommodations will be your responsibility. Alternate accommodation information can be found
here.
The Gilbert OHV Park is managed by the State of MN. They require that you have a current
off-road sticker on your vehicle. The cost is $38.50. You may purchase this ahead of time at
your local MN DMV or at the park. We can also assist you in getting one at the event.
